Episode 38 | Business Essentials: A Conversation with Claudia Tsas

Today I am wrapping up my series on Business Essentials. This month I decided to embark on a series that deviates from normal content marketing education and explores some of the basic essentials each entrepreneur needs to strengthen if they want a successful and strong business.

Over the past three weeks, I have interviewed experts in finances, public relations, and legal support. Of course, there are many more aspects of business that need attention but I felt these three elements were foundational to a healthy strong start.

Today we wrap up the series by interviewing a fellow business owner that recently launched her business. Claudia Tsas of Kharis Lavender Fields in Gaithersburg Maryland was kind enough to open up her shop and her heart ot us. Her journey is filled with inspiration and encouragement. I hope you enjoy what she has to share and can be inspired to continue your own entrepreneurial journey.

Here are some of the questions we discussed during our conversation.

  • Tell us about your company, what you do, and how you got started.
  • What has been your biggest business challenge so far?
  • If you could go back and change or redo something about your business launch what would that be?
  • What has been your strongest and most impactful business alliance so far?
  • What advice would you give someone considering starting a new business?
