When I launched Channer Consulting, I didn’t have a big circle. I had passion, skills, and a mission to help women build sustainable businesses—but not much else. No mentors. No peers. No one to bounce ideas off of.
That changed when I began showing up—at local events, online masterminds, and intimate community spaces. Those rooms transformed my business. The strangers became collaborators, clients, and truth-tellers. People who helped me see my blind spots and dream bigger.

I’ve had conversations that reshaped my offers, revamped my messaging, and even led to new revenue streams—all because I was willing to listen and be vulnerable in the right rooms.

Yes, I’m pursuing my MBA while running a business and raising a family—and if there’s one surprising lesson it’s this: real learning happens in relationships.
Textbooks are great, but the growth comes in dialogue. In peer feedback. In group projects where real-life experiences are shared and dissected.
Business works the same way. You don’t grow in isolation—you grow in connection.
