Special Announcement Regarding No Contact Service

The safety and wellness of our clients, team members, our family and yours is our top priority. In the IT services industry that enters our neighbors homes to provide service and repairs, we have a unique role in the current situation.

In accordance with the CDC and other government guidelines, we have are taking the following preventive measures to help reduce your risk of exposure to COVID-19.

  • Before each appointment inside a clients home, we are checking to make sure nobody has a fever. If the employee’s temperature or anyone else in our home is even a little higher than normal, we will ask them to stay home and contact their doctor immediately. We will reschedule our appointment for a later date when everyone has clear health.
  • We will be wearing personal protective equipment
  • Eliminating physical contact, including handshakes. We’ll use only non-contact methods of greeting
  • Maintaining effective social distancing when possible
  • Washing hands thoroughly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds at every opportunity
  • Using hand sanitizer
  • Using disinfectant products to ensure touchpoints are clean in workspaces, vehicles, and on equipment

You can also help by washing your hands frequently and using hand sanitizer as well as using disinfectant around your home and especially around the computer area where we will be working.

With the recommendation of social distancing, self-quarantining and many people working from home, the needs for our computers to be working at optimal levels are likely to increase. While there is a lot of uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and its effect on our daily lives, one thing is certain: Channer Consulting will continue to provide worry-free IT services to all our clients.

Sincerely,

Your Team at Channer Consulting, LLC
