Because setting the goal is just the beginning—the real magic happens when we execute with clarity and consistency. You’ll learn how to narrow your focus, create meaningful milestones, and protect the time and space you need to actually get things done.
If your 2026 goals feel overwhelming right now, this episode will give you the step-by-step breakdown you need to make real momentum possible.

(00:00) Welcome + A Quick Note About the Entrepreneur Incubator

(01:10) How I Prioritize My Core Goals
I always start by choosing just three to five goals for the year—no more. It’s so easy to overcommit, but the truth is: more goals usually mean less progress. I ask myself, Which of these goals impact revenue, visibility, or operations? and Which align with my long-term vision?
💡 Action Step: Choose 3–5 goals that truly matter for 2026. Think long-term and focus on what will move the needle.
(02:00) Mapping Out Quarterly Milestones
Let’s say one of your goals is to launch a group program that generates $25,000. What does that look like each quarter? I break it down into steps like curriculum creation, lead generation, live events, and enrollment. When you do this, your goals stop feeling like a mountain and start feeling manageable.
📆 Action Step: Turn each big goal into 3–4 quarterly milestones that build toward your end result.
(03:00) Monthly and Weekly Planning
Next, I zoom in on each quarter and plan out what needs to happen month by month. For Q1, maybe January is curriculum planning, February is recording content, and March is publishing your landing page. I take it a step further by outlining my weekly tasks inside ClickUp or using my Entrepreneur Canvas.
🛠️ Action Step: Open your planner and map out your Q1 tasks by month. Then assign weekly to-dos based on your monthly goal.
(04:30) How I Protect My Time with Theme Days
Theme days have been a game-changer for me. I block time for CEO tasks, content creation, and client work so I’m not constantly switching gears. When my calendar reflects my goals, I’m way more productive and less overwhelmed.
🧠 Action Step: Try a themed day structure this week—like CEO Mondays or Content Thursdays—and stick to it.
(05:30) Planning for the Unexpected
One thing I’ve learned is to expect the unexpected. Whether it’s a tech issue, a sick kid, or a last-minute opportunity, I always build in 10–20% buffer time in my schedule. This gives me room to breathe without falling behind.
🫶 Action Step: Schedule at least two “flex blocks” in your calendar this week to absorb any curveballs.
(06:00) Wrapping It All Up
I’ll leave you with this: successful entrepreneurs aren’t always the smartest or most experienced—they’re just the best at taking consistent, aligned action. Don’t stop at vision boards or brainstorming sessions. Prioritize what matters, break it down, and give yourself grace as you go.
Next week, I’ll be wrapping up this goal-setting series by sharing how I track and adjust my goals throughout the year. Because setting them is only half the battle—staying aligned is where the growth really happens.
🌱 Action Step: Take one small step this week that brings your 2026 goals closer to reality. I’ll be cheering you on!
