Today’s episode is all about alignment — making sure your offers, marketing, and schedule are working in harmony to move you toward the business and life you want.

Your offer is the foundation for your revenue — it needs to reflect your goals, not just your audience’s preferences. Philippa challenges the norm of building offers solely around client budgets, reminding us to prioritize sustainability and growth.

  • Which offer aligns with what I want to be known for?
  • Which supports the life I want this year?
  • Which has the most potential to grow with me?

Marketing shouldn’t just be “content for content’s sake.” It should point directly to your main offer and reflect the transformation you provide.

  • Speak to your ideal client’s real problem?
  • Include a clear call-to-action?
  • Lead people toward your signature offer?

If not, it’s time for refinement.

A well-aligned business doesn’t just have the right offer and message — it’s built into your calendar. Philippa explains that most solo leaders get stuck because their schedules don’t support their goals.
